I am one of those weird people who genuinely enjoys grocery shopping. It’s almost therapeutic for me? Idk I can't explain it but I love it. Before I leave for the store I always create two lists; one for meals I plan on making that week and another for items I’ll need to make said meals. This ensures I only buy items I need and nothing goes to waste. There are few things I hate more than wasting food. To take organization a step further, I separate my list into four categories (protein, dairy/beverage, produce and pantry goods). This way I can check off all produce in that section of the store before moving on to the next. These steps do take some prep work but save time in the long run. I make my grocery list right in my notes app on my iPhone so I can check them off as I go.
Ok, let’s get to the good stuff. This go-to grocery list contains items I typically buy on a weekly basis. There are of course pantry items I always have in stock that are not included on this list (will save for another post). Enjoy!
