Each month I will compile a curated list of my favorite health products along with a short explanation behind the obsession. I love discovering new, clean products that I can add to my grocery lineup through articles, social media or word of mouth and am excited to share my findings with you.
I’m really excited about this product because Califia Farms finally got with the times and removed all additives (gums, added sugars, etc.) from their almond milk. It’s stated multiple times on the front label that it only contains 3 ingredients which are water, organic almonds, and sea salt. I love to see brands simplifying ingredient lists and using real-food ingredients that you can pronounce. Yay Califia!
If you open my fridge, there is a 99.9% chance there will be a jar of these in there. They are the perfect addition to practically any salad to give it that extra salty flavor and dose of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. I love that the olives are pre-sliced making them convenient to sprinkle on top of anything. OH and they are straight from Greece, which is cool?
This is another product I always have in stock. Oats can be used for so many things including overnight oats, muffins, and smoothies. The old-fashioned variety absorbs water and cooks faster than steel-cut making them easier and more convenient to incorporate into meals. Oats are a great source of fiber so they support digestion and keep you feeling fuller longer.
